What are the operating hours of Loela Beauty Studio?
Loela Beauty Studio is open from 9 AM to 5.30 PM Monday to Friday, Thursday 9am – 8pm and Saturday, from 9 AM to 12 noon. We operate on an appointment only basis. Appointments can be requested outside of these operating hours, please message and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

What does Medical Grade Sterilisation / Single Use mean?
All metal tools e.g. cuticle pushers / nippers that we use are put in a dry heat sterilising cabinet using heat and used only on one person and sterilised before they are used again. Dry heat sterilisers prevent corrosion of metal tools, they use heat between 160 C to 190 C to kill any microbial life that may be present on a contaminated item. Anything we cannot put in the steriliser is single use, therefore the nail files and buffing blocks for example that are used on you will not be used on another person.
What is the difference between Gel and BIAB?
BIAB is a thicker consistency, its application method is different to standard gel polish. This means you can create an apex at the breaking point to make the finished nail stronger. BIAB can also be infilled rather than removed each time so the fingers are not in acetone. BIAB means you can grow your nails and they last longer. We can also use BIAB if you have a broken nail to make it look symmetrical to the rest and extend it.
